As we all know, good planning is usually the key to a successful project and moving office is no exception. If the entire process is well planned, disruption to the business can be minimized.

Assign a Co-ordinator

It is also worth considering whether you really need to take a row of full filing cabinets that are almost never opened. It may be more logical to put those unused files (which you still need to keep) into Archive Storage.
